What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, your message, how you heard about us, your preferred session times and your preferred coach. This comes from our contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
When you train with us: details about your goals, training history and any health conditions or injuries. We ask for these at your free consultation so we can coach you safely.
When you visit our website: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous information such as the pages you view, the device you use and roughly where you are. This helps us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange sessions, plan and run your training safely, and keep in touch with you about your sessions. We share your enquiry with the coach you train with. We never sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing without your permission.
Our legal basis
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and provide our service. We use health information only with your consent, to keep your training safe. We use analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Cookies
Our website shows a cookie banner. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are used only if you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link.
Who else handles your data
Our website is hosted by Wix, which processes form submissions for us. We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, and WhatsApp and Instagram if you message us there. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, and client records for as long as you train with us plus up to 6 years afterwards. After that we delete them securely.
