Creation Personal Coaching Team
At Creation our team of personal trainers are passionate about educating and motivating their clients when helping them to reach their personal fitness and lifestyle goals. The team of coaches have all worked with a broad spectrum of individuals, ranging from the not-so-regular exerciser, through to elite level athletes.
At Creation we believe in listening to you as an individual and finding the most suitable way for you to progress to the next level; regardless of your current fitness level or previous training experience.
Your path to successfully reaching your chosen goals:
Initially we will have a one to one free consultation, either face to face or online to establish what your health and fitness goals are, check your previous training experience and discuss any health related concerns you may have with regard to training and exercise. Once we have a good understanding of where you are and where you'd like to be in the future we can start planning your progress. At Creation our trainers are happy to provide a structured programme of exercise to use at home or the gym along side your one-2-one studio sessions.
We like you, the individual, to choose whom you would like to work with so that a level of consistency is attained when working towards your chosen goals.
