Andy's is active member of the local Crossfit Community and draws upon this training methodology to achieve clients results.  Andy regularly competes in national and regional Crossfit events having podiumed at several events with his team and is currently personally ranked 16th in his age group for the UK.

“I've been training with Andy for a couple of years after a recommendation from a friend. I had recently started competing in stand up paddleboard racing in a unique UK Winter series. I wanted to move up a race category so I trained with Andy to develop my fitness with this in mind. Andy used his skills to develop an overall conditioning programme to help me do this and in my first season I  managed to achieve Bronze in the female 5k 12'6 board category. I recently suffered an injury and Andy has altered our programme for rehabilitation,stabilisation and to maintain current fitness levels. Andy is knowledgeable and approachable. I always feel like my session has been carefully planned out and he motivates me to be a better version of me.”
