FIVE WEEK YOGA COURSES FOR BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATES
WHO IS IT FOR?
This five week course is available to EVERYBODY. No matter what your age, gender or fitness level you can benefit from yoga. There will be lots of modifications and guidance on the poses of yoga, with a priority of how to move into each one safely in a way that feels good for your body.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Each week we will look at different poses that make up the foundations of yoga. There will be three types of yoga subtlety dispersed throughout each week, to give you an understanding of which type you prefer and which suits your needs. We will start each class with a breathing technique to aid mindfulness and finish with relaxation.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS
Physical benefits include weight control and weight loss, flexibility, muscle tone and strength and increased energy. Emotional benefits include alleviating stress, anxiety, depression and improving overall mental health. Gaining confidence and self control and positive self image.
