Introduction to Calisthenics 
Coach: Matt Lancaster

 Sat 10th Oct. Running for 5 weeks to Sat 7th November. Session times 09:00-10:00 am

Calisthenics: An introduction to building strength with body weight training. 

This  5 week workshop is for people who want to build a foundation in both strength and mobility using their own body. This is a progressive workshop which will teach a range of exercises, showing progressions and regressions for different movements and will allow the participants to learn how to plan their own Calisthenics workouts to their own ability level. This workshop is aimed at beginner-intermediate level.

Tuesday 6th Oct. Running for 6 weeks to Thursday 12th November. Session times 7:30-8.15 pm twice weekly / Tuesday-Thursday

Price £60.00 for 12 - 45 min sessions

An introduction to mat based Pilates.

This 6 week workshop is for people who want to build a foundation in classical mat based Pilates. This is a progressive workshop for beginners which will introduce a range of exercises that develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the body whilst also focusing on postural improvement and breathing technique. Scaling of exercises will be used for participants who may have practiced Pilates previously.
