Charity 5km Handicap Fun Run

On Saturday 15th December we will be running our, now annual, charity 5km handicap fun run in support of CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). This is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. In 2015, 75% of all UK suicides were male. Everyone is welcome to join us on the day. All you need to do is come down with a donation of your choice plus a good idea of the time it will take you to run/walk the 5km course.

The race starts at 9am. Meet at the entrance to the Wirral Way at the junction of Davenport way and Riverbank road Lower Heswall.

Christmas Party

It's almost time to put your gym gear away for a night and join us at our Christmas Party and Awards night on Saturday 22nd December at Neston Cricket Club. Be sure to pick up your FREE ticket next time you're in the studio or let us know you want to come and we'll add you to the list. It should be another great night. There will be some awards early on to recognise outstanding achievements during 2018 before the party gets into full swing.
