12 Days of Christmas Workout!

Why not try this great body-weight 12 days of Christmas workout at home or in the gym. The only piece of kit you will need is a skipping rope (try running on the spot if you don't have a rope). The workouts simple to follow...Just think of the song. The workout progresses by adding one new exercise each round until all 12 exercises are completed in a row. You can progress daily and build the workout up or if you're feeling particularly energised then hit all 12 days straight in one go. Give it a try, follow the images for the correct technique and body positioning and most importantly enjoy!
