Weekly Timetable

Monday: 

Circuit Training: 6.30am-7.30am Mixed ability £7 per class. No pre-booking required


Run Development Session: 6.30pm - £5 per session. No pre-booking required.

A weekly run group that starts at the studio and runs in the local area. This group session includes a warm up run and then generally proceeds to a main set of intervals which vary in type each week. The session also includes run specific exercises and mobility. This session is ideal for anyone from the novice to experienced runner.



Tuesday:

 

No Classes


Wednesday:

TRX - Kettlebell Session: 6.45pm -7.45 pm - £7 per class. Pre-booking required

A great mid-week blast of a session including a mixed approach to a whole body workout. The session uses both the TRX suspension trainer and the Kettlebell for maximum results. This session is for the more intermediate to advanced exerciser.


Thursday:
 
Circuit Training: 7.15pm-8.15pm - £7 per class. Pre-booking required

 

Classic circuit with different exercise stations, taking advantage of the great range of equipment here at the Creation studio.

 

Run Development: 6-6.45pm - £5 per session. No Pre-booking required. Meet at front of studio. Shorter interval based run session than Mondays development session.
 

 

Saturday: 


Ladies Only Circuits: 9am-10am - £7 per class. Pre-booking required

A great exercise class just for the ladies. A mixed ability class that is based on an all body approach to interval training

Sunday:

Barbell Club: Mixed ability 11am -12pm

£10 per class 

Creation Barbell Club is a 60 min Olympic lifting and strength session coached by Creation trainer Tim Barrett.
