Rhiannon qualified as a personal trainer in 2011. Rhiannon has worked with hundreds of people to help them transform their fitness levels and change their entire outlook on exercise.

Rhiannon believes one of the biggest benefits of exercise is improved confidence. When you exercise you are teaching your body and your mind how much you are capable of. Physically you learn what your body can do, and mentally you learn that you can push through challenging things.

In addition to personal training, Rhiannon is a precision nutrition coach, and level 4 sports massage therapist. This enables Rhiannon to create a whole package for her clients, including nutrition, behaviour change, fitness and strength and injury prevention or rehabilitation.

Rhiannon enjoys helping every client to feel good about themselves, regardless of age, experience or ability. Qualified with a Diploma in GP exercise referral, Rhiannon can train people with a number of medical conditions. She is always able to adapt and help people to progress and become fitter and stronger. Rhiannon has strong links with local physiotherapist’s and will work alongside other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for her client’s. 

Rhiannon leads the popular Women’s Circuit class at Creation Saturday 9-10am, this class has a combination of fat burning cardiovascular exercises and exercises to strengthen and stretch your entire body. Please book in advance by contacting Rhiannon directly.

Personally, Rhiannon has completed three marathons, two triathlons, a number of half marathons and 10k events, she achieved 1st lady at the Excalibur Moel Famu 10k in May 2018. If you are interested in running, Rhiannon can provide a training programme to suit your ability and targets, from complete novice and upwards. 

I absolutely love training with Rhiannon. She has tailored our programme to what we wanted to achieve and ensures we have a fun workout every week. She has encouraged me to push myself despite all of my groaning, leading me to achieve numerous personal bests in my running. I have also massively improved my ice skating, increasing my speed, balance and jump heights on the ice, through my off ice training. I also thoroughly enjoy attending Rhiannon's circuits class on a Saturday morning where the workout is made up of different aspects each week, unlike some other circuit classes i have been to. Overall I would highly recommend Rhiannon as a personal trainer, no matter what your goals are.
