Andy's is active member of the local Crossfit Community and draws upon this training methodology to achieve clients results. Andy regularly competes in national and regional Crossfit events having podiumed at several events with his team and is currently personally ranked 49th in his age group for the UK.
"I've been training with Andy for a couple of years after a recommendation from a friend. I had recently started competing in stand up paddleboard racing in a unique UK Winter series. I wanted to move up a race category so I trained with Andy to develop my fitness with this in mind. Andy used his skills to develop an overall conditioning programme to help me do this and in my first season I managed to achieve Bronze in the female 5k 12'6 board category. I recently suffered an injury and Andy has altered our programme for rehabilitation,stabilisation and to maintain current fitness levels. Andy is knowledgeable and approachable. I always feel like my session has been carefully planned out and he motivates me to be a better version of me."
Staying fit into your 60s needs an attention to flexibility and power that those who are younger have more naturally. My initial goals of relieving shoulder pain and losing weight were quickly achieved and with a weekly programme split between mobility, strength and cardio Andy has helped improve all round performance - for badminton, multi-day bike tours/events and the occasional trialthon.

I’ve been working with Andy on a weekly basis for 18 months now with the aim of improving my running. The training plan he has structured for me has reduced my overall weight to its lowest in 15 years but still increased my muscle mass and overall strength.
The sessions are tough, with Andy pushing me hard every week and, as a result of his work, I’ve been delighted with my results both physically and time wise with a number of PBs achieved from 5k to Marathon distances. I couldn’t recommend Andy highly enough.
