One-2-One or One-2-Two private Kettlercise training sessions are now available at the Creation studio with personal trainer Jamie Campbell.
These 45 min, 37 exercise kettlebell sessions take a whole body approach to resisted training. This high intensity session involves a range of challenging 1 minute exercise intervals based solely around the use of a weighted kettlebell.
